The Range Holistic Spa & Wellness

The Range Holistic Spa and Wellness is a private day spa and bathhouse in Montville, high in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, where sweeping views, birdsong and stillness set the tone. Unlike a traditional day spa, the whole facility is yours for your visit. The Finnish sauna, cold plunge, magnesium spa and outdoor relaxation deck are exclusively yours, with no other guests and no rushing. It suits couples, friends and small groups wanting unhurried time together in nature. Add a therapeutic massage or an organic native botanical facial using award winning Australian IKOU skincare, or go deeper with our resident Doctor of Chinese Medicine, who offers personalised health assessments, acupuncture and custom herbal prescriptions. Robes, linen, a herbal tea station and filtered still and sparkling water are included, with hand picked add ons available. Open Thursday to Tuesday, 8am to 6pm. Around 90 minutes from Brisbane and 45 minutes from Noosa, so it works as a day retreat or alongside a hinterland stay.
