All production is done in their Bakehouse in Caboolture by the trade team. Brought here fresh daily. CJ s Pastries is a Family-owned business starting with their first bakery in 1993. And they now have more 10 stores throughout south-east Queensland. With a focus on family named after Clifford John the family s beloved father. Three generations of family working in the business.
