2026 Mooloolaba Mile Ocean Swim
The Mooloolaba Mile program is packed with distances from 800m 6.0km, and based at Mooloolaba Spit where you can push your limits in a safe environment. The multi-lap course means you can set your sights higher, but check your progress in the shallow water as you prepare for your next lap. The start and finish line are located at Mooloolaba Spit, a sheltered bay with easy access in and out of the water it's one of nature's great open water arenas.
