Lauren Groundsell

Lauren is a Sunshine Coast local with a soft spot for beach days and good stories. She loves writing about new food spots and hidden gems that make you feel like you’re already here, sand between your toes and all. A former journo, she now gets to tell Sunshine Coast stories for a living and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Annabel Robertson

Having grown up here, it’s no secret that exploring every inch of the Sunshine Coast’s blue and green backyard (and then writing all about it!) are two of Annabel’s favourite things to do. Outside of her work at VSC, Annabel’s creative writing has been shortlisted internationally, and she has also completed a Master of Digital Communication degree focusing on social media strategy and content creation.

Kali Weibler

Kali is our Marketing & Events Coordinator, she looks after the photos and videos that help tell our stories, capturing the light, colour and laidback moments that define the Sunshine Coast. From sunrise swims to hinterland hikes, she believes a great image can say a thousand words and enjoys selecting visuals that capture the feeling of each place.
